If you are not a Monday person we have some news that will lift your spirits and give you something to look forward to for the weekend.
Since the economic slice hit, golf courses have been closing their doors, filing chapter 11, and some have even adapted to the change to help make sure their doors stay open.
One of those courses is Old Corkscrew in Estero, Florida. The Jack Nicklaus design was named “America’s Best New Course” by Golf Digest in 2007 and “Florida Golf Course of the Year” by the National Association of Golf Course Owners in 2008.
The course is surrounded by Florida palmetto groves, towering pine trees, and beautiful cypress trees which is all shared by native Florida wild life.
